Day Centres
Age Concern Norfolk has over 60 years of experience in working with older people in Norfolk, promoting their well-being to make later life a fulfilling and enjoyable experience.
Our services seek to provide a flexible and responsive service to meet people's needs by way of empowering them to influence the service they receive. We encourage service users to have a positive and rewarding stay by ensuring privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights and fulfilment. We take account of service users' emotional and physical needs, providing a welcoming environment together with a varied programme of activities and events.
We have a total of five Community Support Centres offering day services at:
