This summer Age Concern Norfolk is joining forces once again with Gressenhall Farm and Workhouse for two Memorable Days Out for the over 55s on Friday 3 July and Friday 18 September.

    The Norfolk Older People's Strategy - Next steps 2009-2011

    In 2005 older people and agencies in Norfolk worked together to produce Norfolk's Older People's Strategy 'Living Longer, Living Well'. It described changes in health, social care, housing and other services, focusing on promoting well-being, choice and enabling older people to remain in control of their own lives. Following this, an Action Plan has now been produced.
