Pilot of Home Domestic Service

Age UK Norfolk is currently piloting a Home Domestic Service at Grays Fair Court Community Support Centre in New Costessey, Norwich.

The service offers a fixed-price domestic cleaning service plus additional support services.

The pilot began on Monday 25th January 2010 and plans to roll out the service to all older people in Norfolk are currently being developed. The basic principle is to offer an "every time home support service", a reliable, comprehensive domestic cleaning service carried out by staff appointed by Age UK Norfolk. All staff will carry an identity card and quality standards will be closely monitored.
