For free, confidential advice, contact our Advice telephone helpline, which is available daily Monday to Friday between 10am and 4pm. Telephone 01603 787111, or contact us for an appointment to see one of our advisers.
We know that many older people are failing to claim benefits to which they are entitled, such as Pension Credit, Housing Benefit, Council Tax Benefit and Attendance Allowance. We can help with relevant advice and information, as well as practical assistance such as filling in forms.

Age UK Norfolk has a database of hundreds of independent clubs and groups for older people. We can put you in touch with Over Sixties Social Groups, Pop-in Centres, Luncheon Clubs, Retirement Groups, and Pensioners' Associations in your local area.
