Visitors and staff at The Denny Centre day centre in Diss, together with Mayor Simon Olander, enjoyed a medieval celebration on Friday 1st May.
In the morning visitors were entertained with medieval tales and singing accompanied by music. Afterwards a medieval lunch was enjoyed in the garden.
In the afternoon Mike Wabe from Thetford gave a talk about medieval life in Britain, including information about fighting tactics and clothing styles.
Judith Head, The Denny Centre's Day Services Coordinator, said "It fitted in with yesterday being St George's Day. It was something nice to do. We like to provide a whole variety of activities and it's very nice to have different stimulation from the singing and talking today."
