Become an Active Campaigner

News Item

Join the Age Concern Norfolk Campaigns Network.

Campaigning is not just attending a demonstration or protest march, it is about speaking up on issues that affect you and your community and can include:

  • writing to your MP
  • attending events to give your views
  • lobbying MPs, Councillors etc
  • completing campaign post cards
  • speaking to the media
  • being a case study
  • providing evidence for a campaign by telling us about your experience.

Age Concern Norfolk wants to ensure it campaigns with and for Norfolk's older people and you can be part of that. You will be able to choose your level of involvement and the issues that you wish to campaign about.

The issues that Age Concern Norfolk campaigns on are frequently national issues with national campaigns that have a direct effect on older people in Norfolk.

If you would like to become an active member of the network or simply want to be kept up to date with our campaigning please fill out the form in the leaflet below and return it to us. Alternatively please contact Eamon McGrath on 01603 785222 or email eamon.mcgrath@acnorfolk.org.uk.
