The Great Sunday Lunch comes to Norfolk

Age Concern Norfolk invites everyone to join them for The Great Sunday Lunch, with all money raised supporting Age Concern projects for older people - for whom Sunday lunch can be a lonely and difficult time.

 

The Great Sunday Lunch will take place at the following venues:

  

Friday 9 October at The Denny Centre, Thomas Manning Road, Diss

• Join us to hear about the work of Age Concern Norfolk, enjoy lunch and afternoon entertainment.

Sunday 18 October at Holiday Inn Norwich-North, Cromer Road, Norwich

• Enjoy a 2 course lunch for £12.50 and raise money for Age Concern Norfolk.
• Reservations are available between 12.00 and 3.00pm - please contact 01603 410544.

 

Sunday 18 October at Roundwood The Celebration Venue, 44 Ringland Road, Taverham

• Traditional Sunday Lunch for £11.50 per person. Roundwood will be donating £1 for every lunch served as well as holding raffles and other fundraisers. Why not come along for your family Sunday lunch and show your support to Age Concern.
• Reservations are available between 12.00 and 5.00pm - please contact 01603 260830.

 

Nationally, The Great Sunday Lunch is run by Age Concern and Help the Aged and kindly supported by Aunt Bessie's, who offer a helping hand with all those Sunday lunch essentials.

Great Sunday Lunches can also be hosted by individuals, families, clubs and workplaces - anyone who wants to have fun while also supporting Age Concern projects aimed at overcoming social isolation for older people.
